1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after approval
- Refund will be credited within 5–10 business days
3. Deduction Policy
⚠️ 15% deduction will be applied after order confirmation
(This includes payment gateway charges, handling, and operational costs)
Example: If order is ₹1000 → refund may be reduced as per deduction terms
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Wrong product ordered by customer
- Digital/software products
- Opened or used items
5. Refund Mode
Refunds will be processed via:
- Original payment method OR
- Bank transfer
